Au\u00dferdem trockne ich Bl\u00fcten f\u00fcr Teemischungen, aber nur selten verwende ich die Bl\u00fcten direkt.<br>Dieses Dessert, &#8222;Hollerkrapfen&#8220; oder auch &#8222;ausgebackene Holunderbl\u00fcten&#8220; genannt, ist leider zu deftig, um es t\u00e4glich zu essen, aber ab und zu muss es sein!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n<a href=\"#wprm-recipe-container-291\" data-recipe=\"291\" style=\"color: #333333;\" class=\"wprm-recipe-jump wprm-recipe-link wprm-jump-to-recipe-shortcode wprm-block-text-normal\">Springe zu Rezept<\/a>\n\n\n<p>Bei mir kommen Hollerkrapfen jedoch als s\u00fc\u00dfe Hauptmahlzeit auf den Teller, bevorzugt zum Abendessen.<br>Ansonsten bin ich nicht gierig darauf, zum Mittagessen brauche ich das wirklich nicht \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Rezept selbst besteht nur aus einem klassischen Bierteig und Holunderbl\u00fcten, garniert mit etwas Schlagobers und Staubzucker. Das klappt am Besten \u00fcber seinen intensiven Geruch.<br>Es gibt zwar Pflanzen, mit denen du ihn verwechseln kannst, aber der intensive Duft der Bl\u00fcten, der beim N\u00e4herkommen fast schon etwas erschlagend wirkt, ist eindeutig.<br>Pfl\u00fccke nur einwandfreie Bl\u00fctendolden. Auf vielen sitzen oft L\u00e4use, die m\u00f6chtest du nicht mitessen \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bein Verarbeiten acht bitte darauf, den dicken St\u00e4ngel m\u00f6glichst kurz zu schneiden, da er nicht sehr bek\u00f6mmlich ist. Das in allen Teilen des Holunders enthaltene Gift, Sambunigrin, zersetzt sich zwar beim Frittieren, aber sicher ist sicher!<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-291\" Zum Test einen Tropfen des Teigs in die Pfanne geben. Dabei einmal wenden.
